Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup olive oil

In a food processor, blend the egg yolks for 60 seconds. Then, add the apple cider vinegar and blend for another 30 seconds. Next, add the salt, dijon mustard, and honey. Then turn the food processor back on, and SLOOOOOWWWWWLLLLYYYY pour in cup of olive oil. That’s it!
